The John C. Graves Building is home to the Noble A. McArthor Adult Day-Care Center and has classrooms and meetings rooms which hold groups ranging in size from 10 to 60. It is also home to the alternative wellness center, the Community Acupuncture & Massage Project, which offers services for persons living with HIV+ and others of the community. In the opposite end of the building is the John McNeill & Charles Chiarelli Library, where groups gather for meetings on a regular basis.

The Dr. Peter B. Cinelli & Michael A LiPuma Administrative Center houses the administrative offices of the Cathedral, the Simply Divine Bookstore and the William Locke Welcome Center for campus visitors. Behind it is a developing Prayer Garden.

The Foundation Building includes the Robert S. Graham & Paul Fasana Chapel which is used for weddings, commitment ceremonies, social gatherings and is home for Divine Direction Worship Community, a second church that calls the campus its home, and Dignity/Fort Lauderdale, a Roman Catholic group-in-exile. The second floor above the Chapel has offices for the Fort Lauderdale Gay Men’s Chorus, Sunshine Social Services/Counseling as well as the Foundation’s own administrative office. Also the Gregory Pope Jones Music Suite provides rehearsal and administrative space to a number of music organizations, including the Cathedral’s music ministry.

Between the Foundation and the Graves Buildings is the Friendship Court, with comfortable umbrellad tables and chairs, and The Oasis, where vending machines and a publication display offer refreshment and information.

The Sunshine Community Foundation maintains the campus and is in the second phase of its plan to renovate each building to provide a modern secure atmosphere for the many glbt groups and others who make up the 65,000 annual visitors to its campus.

Along with the Foundation and the Sunshine Cathedral, Sunshine Social Services (SunServe) and Light University are major active groups on campus. SunServe is the social services arm and Light University is the adult education institution. SunServe offers counseling and therapy regardless of ability to pay, along with homeless youth support and foster parent training. Its adult day care center is the only one of its kind, which caters to the glbt community elders and their families. Light University offers religious training, and held its first graduation ceremonies in June of 2007.
